All packages include a fast turnaround (24-48 hours from the shoot day, unless discussed otherwise) professional editing and digital delivery at no extra cost.
Essential Package:
The essential package - for when you want no-nonsense, top-quality imagery to showcase your property.
Between 15-20 photographs of key rooms and exterior angles within the property, including a mixture of 2-3 angles of key rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom) single photographs of secondary rooms (office, additional bedrooms, bathrooms) and several exterior angles.
Up to 3-bed: £200. 4-6 bed: £250. 7+ bed: £300. All prices plus mileage (see below)
Deluxe Package:
Ideal for those special properties that require a little more to showcase their desirability.
Between 25-30 photographs of key rooms and exterior angles within the property, including a mixture of 2-3 angles of key rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom) 2-3 angles of secondary rooms (office, additional bedrooms, bathrooms) 3-5 close-up / lifestyle showcase photographs, and several exterior angles.
Up to 3-bed: £250. 4-6 bed: £300. 7+ bed: £350. All prices plus mileage (see below)

Perfect for holiday lets, boutique stays, interior designers, or social media-savvy agencies, Kieran's background in social media management means that he understands the importance of tailored content, and this package is ideal for those that promote themselves on social platforms.
Between 15-20 photographs of key rooms and exterior angles within the property, including a mixture of 2-3 angles of key rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom) single photographs of secondary rooms (office, additional bedrooms, bathrooms) and several exterior angles.
10-15 vertical photographs ready for use on social media. The exact nature of these can be discussed prior to shooting, depending on the areas you wish to highlight about the property.

Local Atmosphere add-on:
Love the local area? Think the setting of a property is just as important as the four walls? Add our 'Local Atmosphere' package for just £75 on to any booking!
Ideal for if you want to add some more context to your marketing. Perhaps one of the best features of life at your property is its proximity to the local harbour, or maybe its the chocolate-box village just 2 minutes down the road from you.
Includes 1 hour spent in the local area (circa 5 miles) capturing 5-10 landscape and/or portrait shots.
Add to any booking for £75. Book individually (not in addition to any above package) for £175. All prices plus mileage (see below)
Additional costs:
Mileage fee - first 20 miles free (starting from Hatherleigh) 45p per mile thereafter.
Travel expenses (tolls, ferries) charged at cost.

Deluxe Package: £250
Mileage - the property is 22.5 miles from Hatherleigh - round trip would be 45 miles. First 20 miles free mean mileage is due on 25 miles. 25 x 0.45 = £11.25
