When marketing a property - whether its for sale or for a holiday let - the local area is often just as, if not perhaps more important than the property itself.
Between Devon, Cornwall and West Somerset, there is an abundance of beautiful beaches, picture-postcard seaside towns and villages, and lush forests and moorland.
